Quality Engineer (Monthly salary 5k-10k)

1. Standard Work

1) Establish a list of company-level management systems and a list of work instructions for key positions, and continue to update and maintain them.

2) Guide and promote the standardized management of each workshop system, regularly check and report the implementation of the management of each workshop.

3) Responsible for the numbering, format, control, release and registration of the company-level system, and standardize the revision, release, and usage process of the company system.

4) Promote each workshop to formulate system revision and implementation inspection plans, staff work standardization and compliance plans, and supervise the implementation of the workshops as planned, regularly inspect, evaluate and report.

5) Participate in the preparation of company-level management systems, quality management systems, and quality department job cards, and manage company-level documents.

2. Customer Quality Complaints

1) Receive customer quality complaints, inform the workshop to analyze, confirm the analysis meeting time and participate in the analysis, and implement responsibilities and corrective measures;

2) The customer’s negative charge back shall be dealt with the appointed workshop;

3) Inspect according to the measures provided by the workshop, and notify the workshop to deal with the problems that are not implemented.
